Michels Warren Munday is a Territory company established in April 2004 by Jane Munday.

Who is Michels Warren?

Michels Warren is Adelaide’s leading public relations agency, now owned by Phil Martin. We affiliated in 2004 and, although our companies are separate, Michels Warren has provided back-up staffing and advice for some of our bigger jobs. It also means we can look after clients’ needs at both ends of the railway line, so to speak.

Quanxi Pty, trading as Michels Warren Munday, was the original name of our company, before we affiliated with Michels Warren.

Quanxi (Guanxi) is a Chinese word that captures a way of doing business based on relationships, networks and trust.

The Indonesian word hubungan also captures the complexity, meaning communication, connections and relationships.

In English, where we ‘mean what we say’, communication has come to mean a one-way flow of information instead of a two-way exchange of meaning that creates relationships.

We aim to change that.

Quanxi also reflects our Darwin base, with its rich multicultural history, our location as Australia’s Asian Gateway, and our aspirations to build relationships in the region.

We can quote for a scope of work or quote you our hourly fees. Some clients have us on a monthly retainer to provide on-going advice and support.

We invoice monthly and provide activity statements.
